Situated at The Smith's Hotel, The Waterfront Bar was a very short walk from our first Weston calling point The Old Colonial. We hadn't intended to call in but the beer garden at the front of the pub looked too inviting to resist. The selection of beers was a bit disappointing with no sight of any real ale so I went continental and opted for a pint of Dutch lager Amstel and we took our seats in the Somerset sunshine at the front of the pub.
It was a fairly uneventful pub visit from a stories perspective, I was just elated to know that Blues were safe from relegation as I sipped my beer in the Somerset sunshine.
Happy days
